I think the first is the best match for Lee. It is good to have a partner who matches you in some ways and is different in others, so each of you can work on your weaknesses and use your strengths to the betterment of each other!
Kakashi:
If the second is fairly affectionate, I think they have more appeal, personally. Besides, would Lee want to be with someone who wasn't driven?
Gai:
If the second is affectionate they might be better suited because of the driven, but Lee needs someone who is affectionate and that was not listed. That is the biggest quality in that list that I believe my Lee deserves!

Gai's the one having trouble getting laid... But it *would* make a great Icha Icha novel. And yeah, I worry about his willingness too. Maybe he plans to slit the throat of the enemy once his opponent falls asleep...post-wooing.
Gai:
I do not have *trouble* getting laid! I have had opportunity! But I did not take it up because I was not in love with them and I do not want to simply sleep with someone! That is fine for others but it is not for me! And I am not wooable by most!
Kakashi:
And you'd be in love with this enemy ninja? Enough to have sex with him because he offered it in exchange for your life?

Wooing is not promptly sleeping with! Wooing is winning over! Other things could come later!

I'm pretty sure that if an enemy ninja is offering you sex in exchange for sparing your life, he expects the sex to happen fairly promptly.

I did not realize that was the offer. I do not know that I would take it. I considered wooing more of a courtship.

I thought this was after the mission was already failed! After it failed you could use genjutsu to show me what my life could be like if I came back with you?

For some, a failed mission isn't really complete until you or your enemy is dead. But ok. The genjutsu shows you coming to the village as my proud captive and I take you home and-- You don't really want the details of the genjutsu played out publicly, right? Where any enemy ninja might see it and use it against you?
Gai:
...Perhaps not. Perhaps you should come over and tell me about it in person.
Kakashi:
It would be better if I just put you in a genjutsu and showed you.
